Reiki Shares
"What do you do at a Reiki Share?"
We meet on Zoom where we exchange Reiki energies with each other. Each person gets a chance to receive energies and practice offering Reiki to others. All this while being supported by ashley, CRMT.
“What’s the difference between a Healing Exchange and Reiki Share?”
Simply put: Healing Exchanges are for anyone.
Reiki Shares are only for those who have been trained in Reiki.
“I’m new at Reiki. Can I still attend and participate?”
YES! Even if you only have taken Level I Reiki you are welcome to attend!
This is a space for anyone who has taken any level of Reiki to come together and share Reiki energy and also discuss and be reminded about Reiki tools. Traditional, non-traditional, any lineage - all are welcome.
“What will I experience?”
We start with introductions (name, location, Reiki experience and intention).
Then we’ll start the share by dividing up the time and go from there.
There is one recipient that the rest focus on at the same time.
You will also have the option of receiving intuitive messages from others; although this is not required.
We will also discuss and share Reiki tools and techniques as they come up.
"Do I need to be there live?"
Yes. This is a LIVE online event where you will need to be fully present. You will receive and give energy healing with others. You will need to be fully present and engaged the entire 2 hours. Read: no distractions or multi-tasking - which can easily happen when joining virtual sessions.
"How do I register?"
Click on the date, in teal (to the right) to register for the Reiki Share. Then add it to your calendar. You will receive reminders and the link to join the event.
"What app or software do I need to use?"
The link provided will lead you to Zoom - a free video conferencing app.
***Best to use it on a computer or laptop so that you can see everyone joining. Make sure you are connected to Hi-Speed internet for the best experience.***
Joining on a smartphone or tablet is not recommended for a group of this size.
"How much does it cost?"
Joining the Reiki Share is offered at Sliding Scale options of $15, $20 or $25.

”Can I invite my friends?”
Yasss!!! Anyone who has been trained in Reiki: friends, family, colleagues, the more the merrier!
To ensure individual support, registrations max out at 8 people for each Reiki Share.
”Is interpretation provided?”
No. All events are accessible in Spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL) and are conducted in that communication mode. You are welcome to join whichever one you feel most comfortable with.
As you know…
Since Reiki works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels and can increase your intuition, there are a wide variety of things that you can experience both during and after a session.
Physically: temperature changes, tingling, etc.
Emotional: any emotions may surface
Mental: can calm the mind or gain clarity, etc
Spiritual: feel more connected with your Higher Power/soul/the Universe, etc.
Make sure that you’re prioritizing your self care for the next few days post- Reiki share.
